Q: How soon can I order cookies?
A: I am excepting orders from now till November 30th 2026.
Q: Why are custom cookies so expensive?
A: That's a great question and one I asked myself before I started making them! I like to think of custom sugar cookies as edible art. Every cookie is made from scratch, individually designed, baked, and hand decorated. From planning the design to packaging up the cookies, every thing is done with lots of care. These cookies don't just look good, but taste good too!
Q: Do I get to know what each cookie will look like?
A: Yes-ish! I will send over a design board so you know what to expect for your order, but I do ask for some creative freedom. Since I design your cookie sets on an ipad, I might need to take make adjustments to make sure the cookie is well designed:)
Q: Do you have gluten-free options?
A: I do not offer gluten free cookies. I don't specialize in gluten-free baking, so I don't feel I can provide the level of quality and care that I strive for with every order.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: I ask for payment in full to secure your order. My work begins as soon as payment is received.
If you need to cancel your order more than 2 weeks before your scheduled pickup or delivery, you will receive a refund except for $25, which covers the work I started as soon as I received payment.
Between 1 and 2 weeks before your scheduled pickup or delivery: You will receive a 50% refund of the total order. Less than 1 week before your scheduled pickup or delivery, no refund will be issued, as your order is already in production.
